He is a missionary who has worked across the country in many areas such as Kitale, Turkana and he currently based in Mombasa. As an outspoken priest, he has bravely crusaded against land-grabbing. Father Dolan received the Fr. Kaiser Award for his defence for the Rule of Law and Human Rights in Kenya.
